The Routine
A UK-quoted company issues accounts twice a year.
After the first six months of the financial year,
whose dates can vary, the company will publish
an interim statement. Soon after the full year,
it publishes full year figures, known as preliminaries,
and, shortly afterwards, the audited report and
accounts. |
